Revolo Infotech - DevOps Engineer - Kubernetes

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in Kubernetes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CI/CD processes, infrastructure as code, and cloud technologies. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities : Kubernetes Management : - Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters in production and development environments. - Automate the provisioning and management of Kubernetes resources using Helm charts, customize, or other tools. - Implement best practices for cluster security, networking, and monitoring. CI/CD Pipeline Development : - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Circle CI, Integrate automated testing, security checks, and deployment processes into the CI/CD pipelines. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of code changes. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : - Develop and manage infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation. - Ensure infrastructure is scalable, resilient, and cost-effective. - Maintain version control and documentation for infrastructure and Logging : - Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or equivalent. - Set up alerts and dashboards to proactively monitor system health and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues. Cloud Services Management : - Design and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost-efficiency. - Implement cloud security best practices and compliance requirements. Collaboration and Support : - Work closely with software development, QA, and IT teams to support the entire software development lifecycle. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for production systems. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD). - Experience with service mesh technologies like Istio or Linkerd. - Knowledge of GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD or Flux. - Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet or Chef. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience : - 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role. - Extensive experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration. - Proficient with CI/CD tools and practices. - Strong experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack. Skills : - Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go. - Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
