Embedded Testing Engineer : Experience : 3 to 5 Years Location : Chennai Skills : python, Linux, Shell scripting, networking protocols, Automation Testing, STLC, Test Methodologies. Job Description : - Must have good experience in Python programming and shell scripting. - Working experience in Automotive Software/System Testing experience in linux and shell scripting preferred. - Understanding the Software /System requirements and Test cases development - Test Execution and Test report preparation. - Identifying and analyzing the issues encountered during testing and tracking test deviations. - Must have experience in working in Agile environment - Good Customer and internal stakeholders' communication. - Good Communication Skill key responsibilities : - Understand the software/system requirements to create detailed test plans and test cases for embedded systems. - Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product functionality, performance, and reliability. - Perform tests on embedded software systems and document the results in accordance with the company's testing standards. - Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting to automate test cases and improve test coverage. - Integrate automation with continuous integration systems to ensure efficient and timely execution of test cycles. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide test results. - Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency in progress, risks, and issues. - Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews, providing feedback on test progress and quality metrics (ref:hirist.tech)
