Job : Animator Job description : 1. Storyboarding and Creative Direction : Collaborate with our creative team to develop captivating storylines and visuals that align with our anime-style storytelling. 2. Production Oversight : Manage and monitor the entire production process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met at every stage. 3. Distribution and Delivery : Coordinate the distribution and delivery of completed projects to our platforms. 4. Proven experience in animation production, with a deep understanding of anime-style storytelling. 5. Strong leadership and team management skills. 6. Proficiency in animation software and industry-standard tools. 7. Creative vision and a passion for storytelling. 8. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. 9. Design and create motion graphics for video deliverables 10. Create Illustrations, icons, images as per the storyboard, design brand guidelines and templates for multiple learning solutions, flyers and mailers 11. Professional experience in designing e-learning, graphic design, typography, and a good understanding of animation principles. 12. Well organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined output in a short time. 13. Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment. 14. Advanced understanding of the entire production and editing process. Requirements : - Excellent mechanical animation skill in Maya. - Good low poly modelling skill in Maya. - Excellent After Effects knowledge to create creative Motion Graphics and Effects. - Good video editing knowledge in Premiere pro. - Read scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements. - Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to think critically and solve problems creatively. - 2D And 3D models. - Computer programs. - Design Animations. - Use Illustrations. - Photographs. - Poster Making. - Video Editing.
