Technical Architect - Full Stack Development

Job Description : We are looking for a candidate able to lead & own the development & integration of product/service lines. Understands the technical requirements; develops the technology project plan and communicates the schedule to the team. Liaison with technical & domain designs to facilitate selection of appropriate technologies to meet the customer requirements. Role and responsibilities : - Design, implement and maintain the applications. - Ensure that the defined architecture is properly implemented by the development team. - Evaluate and select appropriate technology and software products to be used in the Java applications. - Assist in capacity planning, performance tuning and monitoring. - Keep abreast of latest technology trends and developments in the area of Java application development. - Work with team leads and other team members to deliver an effective solution to clients - Engage with clients for understanding requirements or to detail out plan related to projects - Prioritize across multiple tasks and manage time effectively - Learn new technologies outside his/her primary skills - Develop solutions to challenging problems - Effectively communicate with team members, project managers and clients, as required - A proven high-performer and team-player, with the ability to take the lead on projects and mentor junior resources Technical skills requirements : The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in : - Strong proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation & JavaScript object model - Through understanding of React Js, its core principles like Hooks, Lifecycle, etc and workflow such as flux/Redux. - Familiar in writing test cases and providing through test coverage. - Familiar with newer specifications of ECMA scripts along with Bootstrap, HTML & CSS. - Experience in designing RestfulAPIs. - Hands-on with design patterns , error/ exception handling & resource management. - Exposure to DevOps, associated CI/CD tools and code versioning tools like GIT. - Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms liken JSON wen Token. - Experience working with various data stores, SQL, or NoSQL. - Decent Knowledge of OOPS concepts. - Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork. - Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript - Experience in front end web development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks. - Knowledge of web design principles and web accessibility standards. - Familiarity with Software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Lead and manage a team of professional to achieve organizational Goals.
