APPIT Software - RPA Developer - UiPath/Blue Prism

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes and workflows. - Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for automation. - Develop efficient automation scripts and bots using RPA tools and technologies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions. - Maintain and optimize existing automation processes for improved efficiency and performance. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions and automation systems. - Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Work independently and manage tasks remotely, ensuring timely delivery of automation projects. Qualifications : - 8-12 years of experience in RPA development and process automation. - Strong analytical skills and experience with software development. - Proficient in RPA tools and technologies (e., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech)
