Senior Pega Developer - PRPC

Job Description : Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Pega-based applications. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. - Develop technical solutions and ensure quality by applying industry best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications, ensuring minimal downtime and high performance. - Mentor junior developers, sharing best practices in coding, debugging, and implementing Pega systems. - Contribute to architectural decisions and project planning for Pega-based solutions. - Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to Pega standards. - Prepare and deliver technical documentation as required. Requirements : Certification : Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA). Experience : 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. Technical Skills : - Strong expertise in Pega 8.x versions, with experience in application design and development. - Proficiency in integration with SOAP/REST services, connectors, and data pages. - Knowledge of Pega Cloud architecture, deployment, and security best practices. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e. , JIRA). - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including experience with Pega diagnostic tools. Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications : - Additional Pega certifications in Decisioning, Robotics, or Marketing. - Prior experience in a senior/lead role, managing complex Pega projects. - Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD processes in a Pega environment (ref:hirist.tech)
