Key Responsibilities : - Perform end-to-end testing of data pipelines and workflows to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Develop and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts tailored to data engineering processes. - Write efficient, modular, and maintainable Python code to automate data testing processes. - Build reusable testing frameworks to validate complex datasets and business logic. - Design and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity, transformations, and business rules. - Test real-time data pipelines and streaming architectures using NoSQL databases and pub-sub technologies. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git and Jenkins. - Test data workflows in the Azure Cloud environment to ensure reliability and scalability. - Use Linux/Unix commands for debugging, log analysis, and validating data workflows in production environments. - Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues. - Provide detailed reports and documentation on testing outcomes, identified issues, and recommendations.
