Power BI Developer

Role : PowerBI Developer Location : Bangalore (3 days mandatory WFO) Job Description : Note : Please do apply for this job only if you have 7 years of experience Role : - 7 years of overall experience in BI and related technologies - 5 years of experience in PowerBI with strong knowledge on report performance optimization/tuning, modeling, DAX, M-language & transformations, PBI Desktop, Service, Report Server and Paginated reports - 2 years of BI server administration and maintenance - Good experience in BI modeling and relationships - Should be able to write and understand complex SQL - Good communication skills - Domain knowledge (BCM) would be an added advantage Responsibilities : - Manage Power BI tenant settings, data gateways, data integration, shared datasets, Premium capacities, Premium workspaces, tenant Security, dashboards, datasets, power apps, flows, connector configuration, dataset refresh schedules, patches, upgrades etc. - Co-ordinate with Developers in managing and testing the changes in non-prod tenants/databases and environments to ensure smooth deployments - Automate jobs using REST API or PowerShell Scripts will be added advantage - Power Platform Administrator experience will be added advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
