Oracle EBS Consultant - AP/AR/GL Modules

Key Responsibilities : - Functional Expertise : Provide in-depth functional expertise in AP, AR, GL, and FA modules. - India Localization : Demonstrate a strong understanding of Indian localization requirements, including GST. - Requirement Gathering : Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. - Functional Design : Develop detailed functional specifications and design documents. - Configuration : Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs. - Testing : Conduct thorough unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. - User Training : Train end-users on new functionalities and processes. - Support : Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for production issues. - Project Management : Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and risk management. - Communication : Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical. - Teamwork : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Required Skills and Experience : - Strong functional knowledge of Oracle R12.2 EBS AP, AR, GL, and FA modules. - In-depth understanding of Indian localization and GST requirements. - Experience in full project lifecycle implementations, including AIM and OUM methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL. - Knowledge of Oracle EBS tools like SQL Developer, Toad, and Putty.
