Job Description

Job Summary : As a D365 Field Service Techno-Functional Consultant, you'll lead the implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 Field Service modules. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical solutions. Your role involves troubleshooting, technical support, managing data migration, designing integrations, and ensuring data integrity. You'll also create test cases and documentation, provide user training, and support continuous system improvement to enhance business operations. Essential Functions : 1. Implementation & Customization : Lead or support the implementation of D365 Field Services modules. Customize and configure the system to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain custom workflows, forms, and reports. 2. Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate functional requirements into technical specifications. 3. Technical Support : Provide technical support for D365 Field Services modules. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user queries. 4. Data Management : Manage data migration activities, including data cleansing and validation. Develop data import/export routines using tools like Data Management Framework (DMF). 5. Integration : Design and implement integrations with other systems using APIs and middleware. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration. 6. Testing & Documentation : Create and execute test plans and test cases to ensure system integrity. Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials. 7. Training & Support : Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of the system. Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-implementation. 8. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest D365 Field Services features and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the system. 9. All other duties, as assigned. Education, Experience, and Certifications : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered. - Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development, including customizations and integrations. Competencies : - Technical Skills : Proficiency in X and the D365 development environment. Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies. - Functional Skills : Strong understanding of finance and supply chain processes. Knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance and best practices. - Certifications : D365 Finance and Supply Chain certification is a plus. Soft Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Working Conditions : - With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions. - Exposure to sensitive and confidential information. - Regular computer usage. - Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or customers. - Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment. - Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision. - Frequent sitting.
