Business Analyst - Banking Domain

Key Responsibilities : - Analyze and gather business requirements from stakeholders within the banking domain to drive effective solutions for B2C mobile applications. - Develop user stories that translate business needs into actionable tasks for development teams. - Design wireframes and work with UI/UX teams to ensure the final product meets customer needs. - Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. - Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and prioritize requirements. - Ensure proper documentation of business requirements, user stories, and wireframes. - Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes. - Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure product features are aligned with business goals. - Maintain and update business requirements and document changes as necessary. Key Requirements : - Proven experience in working on B2C mobile apps, especially within the banking industry. - Strong expertise in creating wireframes and user stories for mobile and web applications. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements. - Experience with user story creation, wireframing, and requirements gathering. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. - Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Preferred Skills : - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum. - Experience in the mobile banking industry and understanding of fintech applications. - Knowledge of UI/UX principles for mobile applications. - Experience with JIRA or other business analysis tools (ref:hirist.tech)
