Gallagher - UI/UX Designer - Sketch/Figma/Adobe XD

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and consistent user experiences. In this role, youll work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to translate ideas and business requirements into smooth, innovative, and user-centered designs. Your work will directly impact our users' satisfaction, engagement, and overall experience. Key Responsibilities: User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand customer needs, motivations, and behaviors. Use insights from user personas, journey mapping, and user testing to guide design decisions. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. Visual Design: Develop visually appealing, consistent, and functional interfaces. Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce the brands style, voice, and tone. Interaction Design: Design and prototype interactive elements, animations, and transitions that enhance user experience and make interactions smooth and Work closely with product and development teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical requirements. Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs as needed. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and identify areas for improvement. Iterate based on insights to optimize the user experience. Maintain Design Systems: Establish and maintain a design system that promotes consistency across platforms and aligns with brand standards. Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest UI/UX design trends, techniques, and tools. Bring new ideas and innovations to the team to improve design processes. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision. - Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principle (ref:hirist.tech)
