Senior/Lead Engineer - Manual/Automation Testing

Manual Testing skills required : - Collaborates with testing team and application developers to improve the overall quality of software programs, ensuring quality development - Proficiency at identifying and analyzing the root cause of complex bugs in your code as well as other's code. - Ability to work well under pressure on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with AWS managed services - Test Scripting, Test execution, and Test reporting. - Good functional testing knowledge. - Understands the Testing delivery processes. - Have worked on Agile model & have knowledge on Scrum. - Participant in daily status and defect review calls. - Review the QA process and update documentation as on required - Review the Testing artifacts and provide the review comments - Actively participate ARB, design call and understand the requirement and implement the same in QA process - Accountability and Responsible for deliverables for both individual and Team - Good in Documentation for any process - Prepare the KPI's for each sprint and circulate Team Leads and Managements - Sending the Daily Status Report Automaton skillsets required : Software Development Engineer in Test lead (SDET) : - Collaborates with testing team and application developers to improve the overall quality of software programs, ensuring quality throughout the software development life cycle. - Proficiency in writing clean, modular, reusable code using design patterns. - Proficiency in writing thorough tests that cover edge cases with appropriate ROI for velocity and quality. - Proficiency at identifying and analyzing the root cause of complex bugs in your code as well as other's code. - Create and run automation test cases against web interfaces and APIs. - Preferable experience on Serenity testing framework. - Must have experience on Cucumber, Selenium, BDD. - Knowledge on Source Code Management - SVN. - Strong ability to write automation scripts using Java. - Proficiency in one or more of the following technologies : RESTful APIs, gRPC, or Selenium Webdriver automation with Java, Python or other object-oriented languages. - Well versed in Gherkin. - Preferable experience automating on Angular/Java environments. - Familiarity with Agile frameworks is a plus. - Ability to work well under pressure on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with AWS managed services. - Should be able to take up manual tasks as required - Generate the ROI for each sprint and present it to Management - Good in finding the automation test cases (ref:hirist.tech)
