Senior Engineer - Python Technologies

Job Title : Senior Engineer Experience : 5 Years - 9 Years Job Description : We are seeking a self-driven and highly skilled Senior Engineer with 5-9 years of experience in software development , particularly with Python and cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable applications, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS . Knowledge of AI/ML technologies is a plus. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within global, cross-cultural teams. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using Python and cloud technologies. - Collaborate with architects and team leads to design, build, and implement scalable and robust software solutions. - Work with cloud providers like GCP and AWS to build and deploy applications. - Utilize Airflow for workflow orchestration and PySpark for distributed data processing . - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices . - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, QA, staging, and production environments. - Take initiative and ownership of projects, working independently when needed, with minimal supervision. - Contribute to the team by providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. - Collaborate effectively with global teams, communicating clearly on project goals, issues, and solutions. Required Skills : - Programming Languages : Strong proficiency in Python. - Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with GCP and/or AWS for deploying and managing applications. - Workflow Orchestration : Experience with Airflow. - Big Data Processing : Experience with PySpark or similar big data frameworks. - Problem Solving : Strong analytical and debugging skills. - Self-Driven : Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently, managing time and priorities effectively. - Collaboration : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in global, cross-cultural teams.
