Technical Program Manager - Agile Methodologies

The Technical Program Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects within an organization. They are responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities : 1. Develop project plans and timelines, and track progress against milestones 2. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives 3. Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, assign tasks, and monitor performance 4. Manage project risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure project success 5. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders 6. Utilize Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement and deliver projects in an iterative manner 7. Monitor project budget, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure project profitability 8. Create and maintain project documentation, such as status reports, meeting minutes, and action items Qualifications : 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 2. 7 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a software development environment 3. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile teams 4. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget 5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills 6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously 7.
