Teamcenter Architect - Active Workspace

Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain the technical architecture for systems and applications - Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure solutions - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams - Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption - Identify and address technical debt and architectural weaknesses - Ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices - Participate in the review and approval of design and code changes - Lead and participate in architecture governance processes - Conduct regular architecture reviews and contribute to continuous improvement - Provide support and guidance during system outages and critical incidents - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology - Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve architectural goals - Lead and contribute to the development of architectural documentation Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 16yrs experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions - TC- Active Workspace(AWC) configuration & Customization - Teamcenter Customization - Server side ITK(Integration Tool kit), RAC & SOA - Teamcenter various module experties like- Oraganization, Project, Access manager, Structure/Multi-Structure, Workflow, Classification, MPP, etc. - Teamcenter various module experties like- Oraganization, Project, Access amanger, Structure/Multi-Structure, Workflow, Classification, MPP, etc. - Manfaturing & ERP (tool- CATIA, Creo, Tecnomatics, DALMIA, SAP, Other PLM tool, MES) - TC integration with CAD - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices - Proficiency in architecture and design tools and methodologies - Ability to analyze and solve complex problems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Leadership experience in guiding and influencing technical teams - In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms and services - Experience with integrations, APIs, and microservices architecture - Familiarity with security principles and compliance requirements - Hands-on experience with a variety of programming languages and frameworks - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Relevant certifications in architecture and technology (e.g TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Strong focus on continuous learning and professional development - Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions (ref:hirist.tech)
