Job Description - BMC Remedy Helix application - BMC with helix and latest version of BMC remedy. - Experience in BMC Remedy Helix application 20.x and above - Experience across all BMC Remedy ITSM modules and integrations - Expertise in creating and modifying Remedy server objects: Forms, Menus, Active links, Active link guides, filters, Filter guides, Escalations and Applications - Experience with remedy upgrades, integrations, AR ITSM customization and deep understanding of workflows - Experience in building and customizing progressive views Knowledge of Smart IT, DWP catalog and DWP Owns all project deliverables and is accountable to get then completed as per timelines - Must have excellent oral and written communication skills - Must have presentation skills to demo solutions to client Skilled in REST API - Good knowledge of Remedy Administration and knowledge of DWP catalog development. - Should be good with customizations and development work - Able to understand requirements and design the solutions Key Responsibilities : 1. Implementation & Customization: Configure and customize the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite and BMC Helix solutions to meet organizational requirements. 2. Upgrades & Maintenance: Perform upgrades to the latest versions of BMC systems, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth transitions. 3. System Integration: Integrate BMC tools with third-party applications and enterprise systems. 4. Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing expert-level support for all BMC systems. Mandatory Skills : 1. Extensive hands-on experience with BMC Remedy and BMC Helix, including the latest versions. 2. Proficiency in ITSM processes and tools configuration, administration, and optimization. 3. Strong understanding of BMC architecture, including AR System, CMDB, Smart IT, and Digital Workplace. 4. Experience in workflow creation, automation, and scripting within BMC environments. 5. Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP). Preferred Skills : 1. Experience in cloud-hosted BMC Helix implementations. 2. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and certifications (e.g., ITIL v4). 3. Strong documentation and communication skills. 4.
