Job Description

Requirements : - 5 years of Accessibility Testing experience. - Thorough WCAG standards knowledge. - Experience with accessibility testing on both web and mobile platforms. - Expertise with assistive technologies like JAWSNVDAVoiceover/Talkback/Colour Contract Analyzer - Be able to describe accessibility issues and recommendations for resolving them to non-subject matter expert engineers. - (Bug reporting) Detail oriented Self-motivated Able to self-manage, adhere to deadlines - Excellent analytical skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Familiarity with front end technologies . Responsibilities : - To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client /team to understand functional /design specifications ,highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies ,prepare automated test scripts, maintain test case suite, ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place/kept up to date. - To develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features/ enhancements are developed and accordingly create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. - To create a reusable /scalable test automation framework, develop test strategies/plans, maintain test data and to submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. - To develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework , enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
