Manager, IT Developer Location : Remote Experience : 2-4 years Shift : 2 PM to 11 PM CTC : 18 LPA Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate in an agile environment with analysts, testers, and customers to develop and enhance web solutions. - Transform business requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Contribute to project estimates and plans, representing the engineering team in meetings. - Uphold quality, performance, and compliance with design and documentation standards. - Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of applications. - Work closely with teams to gather requirements, automate reporting, and document processes. - Prepare and validate essential management reports with accuracy and on-time delivery. - Maintain proactive communication of project updates to stakeholders.
