Engineering Manager - Java Technologies

Position : Senior Java Engineering Manager Experience : 4 years of experience leading technical teams About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic Senior Java Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a high-performing technical team, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative software solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Java-based technologies, a strong grasp of architectural design, and hands-on experience in event-driven microservices. You will work closely with Product Managers to create market-fit solutions, contributing to both the technical and business growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a talented team of engineers, fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration. - Architect and design technical solutions for complex business requirements, with a strong focus on scalable, event-driven microservices. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers to develop the best market-fit solutions. - Ensure continuous integration and delivery by utilizing tools like Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. - Oversee cloud deployments, leveraging AWS services and other cloud platforms for optimal performance. - Maintain strong expertise in Java-based technologies, including Java 8, ORMs, multi-threading, batch processing, and Redis. - Manage and optimize databases (MySQL, MongoDB), ensuring data integrity and performance. - Familiarity with mobile technologies such as React Native is a plus, allowing you to contribute to cross-platform : - 4 years of experience leading technical teams in an agile environment. - Strong knowledge of OOPs, design patterns, and event-driven microservices architecture. - Proficiency in cloud services, particularly AWS, and database management. - Expertise with Java-based technologies (Java 8, multi-threading, Redis, batch processing). - Knowledge of Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment. - Familiarity with mobile technology stacks like React Native is a plus.
