Dimiour - Project Manager- Scrum/Agile Methodologies

Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master who will be responsible for managing our development scrum teams and assist our clients in delivering value. This is a client facing role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, agile methodologies, and team leadership. You will work closely with our front-end developers, back-end developers, test engineers, and DevOps team to ensure the successful delivery of our projects. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Work closely with client product owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with business goals. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery within budget. - Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture by promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on Agile practices and principles. - Act as a servant leader and advocate for the team, removing obstacles and facilitating communication to ensure smooth project execution. - Track project progress and performance metrics, and report on key milestones and deliverables to stakeholders. - Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. - Proven experience managing Agile development teams in a fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and principles. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client. - Experience working with front-end, back-end developers, test engineers, and DevOps teams. - Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure) - Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment. - Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and practices. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
