Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

Responsibilities : - Market Insight Generation : Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, analyze competition, and understand evolving user needs, directly informing our product strategy and innovation roadmap. - Product Development and Optimization : Lead the development and continuous improvement of high-utility products, monitoring performance, gathering user feedback, and implementing enhancements to ensure exceptional quality and user satisfaction. - Cross-functional collaboration : Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, UX, and other teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and technologies, supporting cohesive project planning and execution. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : - Net Promoter Score (NPS) : Measure and improve NPS for assigned products to reflect high user satisfaction. - Churn Rate : Lower churn rates through responsive product enhancements and user-centered improvements. - Process Health Metrics : Achieve targets in sprint completion and project due date adherence, ensuring efficient and timely project execution .Net Promoter Score (NPS): Measure and improve NPS for assigned products to reflect high user satisfaction. - Churn Rate : Lower churn rates through responsive product enhancements and user-centered improvements. - Process Health Metrics : Achieve targets in sprint completion and project due date adherence, ensuring efficient and timely project : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BTech) and Master's in Business Administration (MBA). - Basic knowledge of coding principles and programming concepts. - Familiarity with basic data analytics methodologies and tools. - Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design concepts. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively. Bonus Points : - Hands-on experience with UI/UX design, especially using tools like Figma. - Previous experience in roles involving coding or programming, demonstrating applied technical skills (ref:hirist.tech)
