Job Description : As a Senior Automation Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test automation frameworks using cutting-edge tools and technologies. Role : Senior Automation Test Engineer. Location : Chennai / Bangalore. Experience : 5 Years and certification is must GCP is a plus. Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days. Key skills : Playwright ,TypeScript ,Selenium ,CI/CD ,Testing (methodologies), ISTQB (certification). Responsibilities : - Design and develop robust and maintainable test automation frameworks using Playwright or TypeScript. - Create and execute comprehensive test cases to validate functional, regression, and performance requirements. - Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability of software products. - Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry trends. - Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing. - Mentor and guide junior test engineers. - Work independently to deliver high-quality results. Qualifications : - 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation testing. -Strong proficiency in Playwright or TypeScript, and other relevant programming languages. - Experience with test automation frameworks (e., Selenium, Cypress). - In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with CI/CD tools (e. Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). - Experience with cloud-based testing platforms. - Experience with performance testing tools (e., JMeter, LoadRunner). - Certifications in software testing (e., ISTQB).
