Ssc Payments Analyst

The SSC payment analyst will be part of the team responsible for managing payments and treasury activities for all European entities managed by the Shared Service Center, based in Cinisello. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with different cultures. The candidate, reporting to the Senior SSC Payment Analyst, will be responsible for: Supplier payment either manual or automatic Use of Intelligent Document Processing and Machine Learning technology (ML) for bank reconciliation Month end process and related reconciliation Group bank relationship and issue solving Payment of any statutory obligation, such as taxes, fund, pension, and salary Relationship with Group Treasury department Cash forecast Support Accounting Supervisor during audit Technical Skills Diploma in accounting and/or degree in economics At least 3-5 years of proven working experience in Accounting, preferably in treasury Knowledge of main home banking systems Good MS Excel skills and generally good IT systems skills Knowledge of Netsuite is an asset Basic knowledge of general ledger Behavioural Skills Organized and results-driven Strong team player and problem solver Passionate and proactive Additional Information Keywords Studios offers a hybrid model of working The candidate will be hired with a 'contratto commercio' Fringe Benefit and Ticket Restaurant Training and Development J-18808-Ljbffr
