Responsabile Sicurezza (Full time) at Mandarin Oriental, Milan. Overview: Responsible for overall security and safety, overseeing Security department operations and subordinates' performance. Ensure conformity of work standards and consistency in carrying out departmental operations of security and safety related to guests and colleagues. Main Responsibilities: Enforcing work standards Updating operational information Coaching colleagues Overseeing outsourced security services Conducting investigations Ensuring CCTV surveillance, alarm, and patrol systems are in good working order Conducting daily/weekly/monthly security debriefs and meetings Overseeing safeguard of company keys and passwords, and incident reports Reporting Line: Hotel Manager for management of spaces and assets, and Director of Engineering and Security for technical activities.
