Role Definition Metocean Engineer As a member of Aventa Engineering team, Metocean Engineer will collaborate with colleagues in the different phases of the projects, from feasibility to Basic/FEED and along the execution phase for several new upcoming or ongoing initiatives. Our scope of services for Metocean Engineering is: Definition of Metocean Conditions for specific sites and/or sea transports (database or hindcast/modeling data) Desktop/Feasibility Metocean Studies Nearshore Metocean Criteria Advanced Statistical Analyses Wave/Hydrodynamics Modeling Wave diffraction/agitation studies inside Port/Harbor Operation downtime Tropical cyclones modeling and statistics QUALIFICATIONS Engineering or Physics degree.
