Program Manager - Iii

Description : 100% Remote (if located near an Intel site, the person may be asked to occasionally travel to the office). Must work PST business hours and a minimum of 2 nights per week working in the PST evening hours to support India team members. Laptop provided The IT Supply Planning Program Manager coordinates work performed by IT teams and system integrators by developing detailed project plans and managing all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control process, testing, documentation, and training with on-time delivery within budget constraints. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Drive coordination between IT teams, System Integrator (SI) teams, and business stakeholders on day-to-day program execution. Plan, define, and track key build/test/execution milestones, identifying and mitigating schedule delays on a proactive basis. Proactively document and manage risks and issues with appropriate management and stakeholder escalation. Resource planning to ensure appropriate team resources are available to meet deliverables and schedules. Provide input to the organizational budget and forecasting process. Provide leadership for the technical project team and act as a key interface to the business program manager. Provide clear status reporting updates to various management forums. Drive stringent change management of scope, balancing business criticality and impact to IT delivery quality and schedule. A successful candidate will exhibit the following behavioral traits: Experience utilizing program execution methods around schedule creation and tracking, risk management definition, tracking and mitigation, resource planning, team minutes creation, AR tracking, and budget tracking. Manage complex enterprise transformations crossing multiple business units and functional disciplines. Ability to communicate clearly and directly with IT and business stakeholders across many Intel sites and countries at all levels of the organization. Ability to build and nurture collaborative and constructive working relationships across technical and business teams. Highly accountable for results, attention to detail, demonstrating high energy, self-motivation, and a positive attitude. Ability to set clear objectives/timelines and have a high tolerance for ambiguity while driving clarity. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, communication, and presentation skills with experience managing and influencing relationships with cross-Intel stakeholders at an executive and senior management level; can tailor a message to the audience. Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree (REQUIRED) in a Business or Technology discipline and 9 years of experience OR a Masters Degree in a Business or Technology discipline and 6 years of experience OR a PhD in a Business or Technology discipline AND 4 years of experience managing IT projects implementing Supply Planning or Integrated Business Planning enterprise software solutions.
