Scheduler & Reliability Engineer (m/f) Bayer HealthCare Manufacturing is looking for a bright candidate as Scheduler & Reliability Engineer within the Engineering, Maintenance and Excellence (EMEX) cluster at the pharma manufacturing site of Garbagnate. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, make visual and share the Technical Schedule of all planned technical activities on site, collecting technical demand from EMEX stakeholders and integrating it with supply targets and equipment capacity, in concert with Manufacturing and Supply Chain Planning. Optimize the Technical Schedule to minimize planned downtime and costs, while balancing asset performance and leveraging technical resource availability. Act as one of the Key Users on site for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), supporting the SAP FAM (Facility and Asset Management) and TMM (Technical Materials Management) user community on transactions, tools and related procedures regarding maintenance. Collaborate with Colleagues from the EMEX Cluster to define and implement standardized technical procedures, processes, tools and KPI’s through all areas of the site EMEX, support to make sure they are compliant and 'inspection-ready' from all points of view and identifying opportunities to extend them to other site clusters beyond Manufacturing. Provide analyses of available technical data and enrich them with support from OT to deliver added value through data-driven insights. Take part in the implementation of the Progressive Maintenance (PM) lean methodology, as part of the Product Supply System (PSS), towards the target of 'Zero losses' and optimized costs. Contribute with analytical skills and own experience to support System and Process Owners during problem solving in relevant cases of breakdowns or process instabilities, where data mining, simulation or a parallel technical perspective can make a difference to identify new ways to drive the Unplanned Downtime key performance indicator (KPI) down to zero. Collaborate with site EMEX and Manufacturing clusters in target setting and continuous oversight of technical Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), facilitating data access, performing calculations and analyses. Contribute to identify opportunities and to architect ways with the EMEX Team to improve reliability and reduce cost of ownership through the introduction of condition-based maintenance and monitoring on selected equipment, in collaboration with Maintenance Supervisors and Planners and Plant Engineers. Stay connected to the global EMEX cluster within Pharma Product Supply for initiatives related to maintenance and technical asset reliability strategy. Is responsible for her/his own behavior regarding the Health, Safety, Environment and Energy duties. WHO YOU ARE: Degree in Engineering or in a Scientific subject. 2 years of previous experience in the maintenance business, in the area of technical scheduling and reliability engineering. Strong attitude to teamwork and to lead teams to shared decisions and intrinsic motivation to continuously improve. Experience in implementing and applying lean management methodologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and strong problem-solving approach. Digital and creative mindset.
