The following selection procedure can be used: Scholars in possession of the national scientific qualification, pursuant to art. 16 of Law no. 240/2010, for the Insolvency Sector, or for one of the Insolvency Sectors. Professors already in service at other Italian universities. Scholars permanently engaged abroad in research or teaching at university level. Candidates who have served, in the last three years, as full professor, associate professor, permanent researcher, or fixed-term researcher cannot participate. Those who, at the time of submitting the application, have a degree of kinship or affinity, up to and including the fourth degree, with a professor belonging to the Department requesting the activation of the post or with the Rector, General Manager, or a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Parma are also excluded. The requirements for admission must be met on the expiry date of the deadline for submitting the application. Specific functions that the Professor must play include: Teaching activities relevant to the academic discipline MEDS03/A in the Courses of the Department of Medicine and Surgery. Clinical activity relevant to the academic discipline MEDS-03/A with particular reference to diagnostic innovation in diseases of microbiological interest. Research activity pertinent to the academic discipline MEDS03/A concerning the topics of the clinical activity.
