Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a key member of the R&D project team, he/she is involved in air/water and water/water heat pump/chiller design, in selection and modeling of refrigeration, ventilation and hydronic components and systems. Support project leaders in developing new products or updating existing ones by using thermal product models to generate performances ratings for certification, selection and sale by the end user. Support in the creation of component specifications. Industry standards (EN -) review for performances modeling and testing. Preparation of product evaluation forms. Teamwork for project execution. Specifications and follow-up of climate laboratory tests. The key modeling tools are Coil Designer, EES (Engineering Equation Solver), Python and other calculation sheets for components and systems modeling. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Energy Engineer graduation or equivalent. Thermal engineering, thermodynamics and fluid dynamics for HVAC. Energy efficiency and acoustics optimization. Mathematical modeling and simulation tools. Excellent level of English and Italian; French also appreciated.
