Funzione: NoContent Categoria: Ingegneria / Ricerca e Sviluppo / Laboratorio Inizio previsto: 15/01/2025 Luogo di lavoro: Milano, Milano Adecco Consultants research for a strongly acknowledged General Contractor operating in the Data Centers sector a figure of QA/QC Supervisor Role Overview: The QA/QC Supervisor serves as the operational lead for all quality activities on-site. They oversee the QA/QC team's work, ensuring adherence to quality plans and the timely completion of activities in line with project goals. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the QA/QC team in inspections and quality controls in the field. Ensure all processes align with the quality plan and applicable regulations. Monitor the performance of suppliers and subcontractors, resolving issues promptly. Plan and conduct walkdowns and turnovers, ensuring all activities are documented and validated. Support the Project Manager in managing scope changes and assessing completion risks. Requirements: Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (12 years in the sector). Proven practical experience managing QA/QC teams for complex projects. Strong knowledge of inspection and completion procedures. Ability to interface effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach. Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Other: good knowledge of the English language, good knowledge of the Office package.
