Customer Care Agent - Intern Brazil
The role:
We are currently looking for an intern to work within our Spectris Brazil – Hottinger Bruel & Kjaer, Inc. The role is based in Brazil, and you will be part of a dynamic team of five people that is linked to a larger global group.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer the telephone and redirect phone calls within the organization.
- Check and direct leads with the Sales CRM system.
- Issue simple quotations according to Sales Engineers' instructions.
- Send order confirmations to customers.
- Process orders.
- Manage orders in portals.
- Onboard and maintain internal and external customer accounts.
- Triage and forward emails to the correct department.
Professional Qualifications and Personal Skills
- Strong communication skills in English – oral and written.
- Strong team and interpersonal skills.
- Task-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
