Customer Care Agent - Intern Brazil

The role:

We are currently looking for an intern to work within our Spectris Brazil – Hottinger Bruel & Kjaer, Inc. The role is based in Brazil, and you will be part of a dynamic team of five people that is linked to a larger global group.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone and redirect phone calls within the organization.


• Check and direct leads with the Sales CRM system.


• Issue simple quotations according to Sales Engineers' instructions.


• Send order confirmations to customers.


• Process orders.


• Manage orders in portals.


• Onboard and maintain internal and external customer accounts.


• Triage and forward emails to the correct department.

• Strong communication skills in English – oral and written.


• Strong team and interpersonal skills.


• Task-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.


• Strong attention to detail is a must.
