Job Summary: This Learning Analyst provides resource, administrative and system support to client, facilitators, trainees and third-party organizations, focusing on ensuring efficient, accurate and timely delivery and tracking of various training programs.
Main Activities:
- Management of instructor and moderator calendars via a scheduling tool.
- Creating, scheduling and managing class configurations and registrations for learning events in the main learning management system.
- Coordination of training configuration outside the learning management system via facilitators.
- Coordinating schedules for instructors and spaces to create course offerings.
- Ensuring data accuracy, coordinating with external vendors, maintaining attendance records, managing evaluations, generating reports to measure program efficiency and trainee progress, maintaining adequate levels of inventory and supplies, and distributing documents related to service requests, visa letters and certificates of completion as needed.
- Managing the invoicing of suppliers and ensuring that payment is made in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in course logistics.
- Previous experience in administering LMS systems.
- Intermediate-advanced English desirable.
- Advanced Excel (database cross-referencing, conditionals, pivot tables).
- Good command of Office (Word, PPT).
- Administration of learning management systems.
- Knowledge of videoconferencing tools (Webex) desirable.
- Degree in economics, administration, communication or marketing.
