For our global IT Operations team, which manages and continuously develops our state-of-the-art IT infrastructure from the network to the cloud.

Your tasks:

• Tackling tasks: Support and administration of the Microsoft 365 platform; planning and implementation of modern solutions for Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and MS Teams as well as support and implementation of Azure Cloud Services for Office 365 related topics.
• Taking responsibility: Technical requirements management including consulting and managing implementation via service provider coordination; support and maintenance of Office 365 environments, including troubleshooting and problem solving
• Implementing with precision: Ensuring compliance with IT security and governance requirements; creating and maintaining technical service documentation
