Quantity Surveyor Derry - £50K to £70k and Company Car Details / Benefits: Full time Monday to Friday, Pension, Holidays, Bonus, Company Car, Involve travel to UK, 1 overnight at least every 2 weeks. Day to Day: Site Measurements, Estimating, Contractual Issues, Final Account negotiations, Preparation of reports and technical documentation, Monthly reports. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying. 5+ years experience in Civil Engineering / Groundworks / RC Frame. Computer literate, excellent verbal, and written communication skills. Good knowledge of different types of contracts. Willing to travel 1 overnight at least every 2 weeks.
