Leading a team of shift engineers

Developing the team

Guide and develop the team to continuously improve machine availability and effectiveness

Maintenance and repairs on production machinery

Ensuring H&S procedures are followed

Provide technical support when required

Aspiration to progress into Engineering management in the future
