Multi Skiled Engineer

Our client is a family run HVAC contractor who specialise in HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical maintenance and projects to customers within the M25, the South East, South West and Midland regions. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a multi skilled engineer to join their team.

The Multi Skilled Engineer will be servicing and maintaining HVAC and M&E systems, covering within the M25.

Multi Skilled Engineer Salary & Benefits

• Salary £48,000 - £50, 000 DOE
• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• 25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays
• Company Pension
• Overtime is Available
• Call Out Rota is 1 in 7 Weeks, Standby Allowance is £150.00 Per Week and any call outs are based on 4 hours minimum pay
• Overtime paid at 1.5x/2x
• Additional training is offered to upskill engineer

Multi Skilled Engineer Job Overview

• PPM and Reactive Maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding on lighting, power, control panels, motor etc
• Emergency Lighting testing and repairs when required.
• Weekly Fire Alarm testing
• Weekly Sprinkler system testing
• Servicing of AHUs, FCUs, extract fans , pumps and motors
• Monthly or weekly generator testing
• Water treatment tap temps, weekly flushing.
• Weekly checks of BMS Operation

Multi Skilled Engineer Job Requirements

• NVQ/City and Guilds or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience within a similar role
• Experience working on electrical and HVAC systems
• Live within the M25
