Site Security Officer

The Best Connectionare currently seeking aGeneral Maintenance & Site Security Support, to work at our well-known client based inMansfield!!

Our ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license, the ability to work under pressure, previous experience in a security based role, general maintenance experience, and be prepared to carry out a DBS check, if you do not already have one.

The primary duties of this role are security based...

Site Security;

• Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring authorised personnel access only.
• Conduct regular security patrols to deter and detect any suspicious activity, and respond to any security incidents, investigating disturbances.
• Patrolling various sites over the industrial estate.

However, when required will also include general maintenance;

• To support the day to day operations of the facilities maintenance department, helping to maintain the standards of the sites buildings, grounds and fixtures, including maintenance and plumbing duties.
• To carry out duties in accordance with regulations as stipulated by statutorybodies e.g. health and safety and internal procedures.
• To carry out ongoing preventative maintenance to buildings on a rotational basis.
• To maintain the grounds of the buildings.

Working hours:

2 Shifts Available;

• 1 x 5:30am 1:30pm Monday Friday
• 1 x 1:30pm 10pm Monday Friday

Possibly a potential to rotate shifts!

Pay rate: £12.81 per hour - time and a half after 40 hours worked if OT available
