La Fosse is proud to partner with a rapidly growing international company operating in the retail and service sectors. The organisation is undergoing a digital transformation and is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive innovation and unlock the value of their data.

As a Lead Data Scientist, you'll work with diverse datasets, develop machine learning models, and deliver actionable insights to optimise business performance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building hypotheses and validating their business impact.
• Developing machine learning models and optimisation pipelines.
• Translating technical data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Designing interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualise real-time insights.
• Collaborating with the Data Engineering team to create scalable data solutions.

Core Technical Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in data science/advanced analytics or machine learning role.
• Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Azure and Power BI is essential.
• Experience in regression analysis, classification, clustering, and feature engineering.
• Proven ability to deliver high-impact insights and present to senior stakeholders.
