MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a top 100 company based in Craigavon to recruit for an Accounts Receivable Assistant on a full time, permanent basis. This is a great role for you if you have previous accounts experience and looking to get a step up or if you have general admin experience and looking a career in accountancy. Now is a great time to join them as they look to develop their services further. Job Duties Include: Manage the sales ledger for our care and housing operations. Ensure prompt and efficient billing for residents. Calculate and process refunds as needed. Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Operations team to manage overdue accounts. Provide excellent support to service users and their relatives. What You Need to Succeed? Computer Literate, with Microsoft office proficiency, particularly Microsoft Excel Thorough and meticulous with attention to detail Work to tight deadlines with a 'can-do' attitude Strong work ethic and assertive Good team worker & communicator It is desirable to have previous experience in a finance team What's in it for you?
