Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the local Quality Management System aligns with the agreed scope and maintains ISO 9001 compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and develop new products or implement changes to existing products, ensuring compliance with customer and legislative requirements.
- Monitor and support quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) during project phases, providing evidence to demonstrate that targets are being met.
- Oversee non-conformance and concern management processes.
- Implement effective containment, corrective, and preventive actions using the Global 8D approach.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to broader business improvement initiatives.
- Report site KPIs and metrics, highlighting performance, compliance, and improvement opportunities, and develop action plans to address identified gaps.
- Establish and maintain robust quality control systems to meet internal and external customer expectations.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, address identified issues, and implement corrective actions to close non-conformances.
- Adhere to the company Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy.
Key Skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards and experience in ISO-compliant environments.
- Proven ability to conduct internal audits and manage compliance systems.
- Strong knowledge of root cause analysis tools and techniques such as 8D, Cause and Effect Diagrams, and 5 Whys.
- Competence in managing systems to ensure process inputs meet required specifications.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with inspection processes and quality control equipment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident, proactive, and a clear communicator.
