Harvey Nash is delighted to be partnering with the University of Leeds to recruit a Lead M365 Engineer, specialising in delivering cloud-based tools and solutions in Microsoft 365.
The university has set out an ambitious plan to enhance student education, research, and corporate systems through increased use of digital technology, data, and digital approaches as part of their new university strategy.
You will play a key role in supporting the M365 Manager with the adoption and development of the Microsoft 365 platform - providing technical leadership to all things Microsoft 365 from applications and services. You will work closely with teams across the university such as Cybersecurity, IAM, Cloud, DevOps, Architecture, and technical support to deliver solutions that meet the business requirements.
Experience of interest:
- Technical leadership or significant experience with Microsoft 365 Configuration and administration across applications and services such as: Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Exchange, Entra ID.
- Demonstrated history of providing 2nd and 3rd line support to M365 app suite.
- Experience implementing Teams telephony, Copilot, and managing storage would be beneficial.
- Knowledge and experience with Windows and Exchange Powershell would be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with teams across a business and influence technical decisions for the platform.
- Mentoring, upskilling, and supporting juniors with their ongoing development
