Our client, a privately-owned business specializing in scaffolding and temporary works, is seeking a driven and talented Senior Temporary Works Engineer. Their projects span the Construction, Civil Engineering, and Railway sectors, and most of their business comes from repeat clients and referrals. In this role, youll be involved in hands-on design, while supporting the delivery of technical projects, finding practical solutions, and working closely with installation teams. Expect to get stuck into everything from technical design briefs, value engineering solutions, and compliance checks, to working with clients and other project teams. Theres room here for someone who knows their stuff, values collaboration, and wants to help the business grow its technical capabilities.

To fit the bill, youll need strong AutoCAD design skills and experience in structural or temporary works design. Were looking for someone with a BEng/MEng in a relevant discipline, ideally working towards or holding Chartered status. You should also know your way around industry regulations and standards, like CDM and WAHR.
