Job Description

Senior Director of Construction will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee planning and execution of large ground up Multifamily projects.
• Lead construction teams (20+ direct reports)
• Engage with stakeholders; ability to build long-lasting, strong relationships is important
• Incorporate and drive new processes and methods

The Successful Applicant

Qualified Senior Director of Construction will have the following experience:

• 10-15+ years of experience working with ground up construction projects
• 5-10 years of managing teams across multiple projects
• Extensive experience overseeing multifamily projects.
• Technically Savvy individual
• Exceptional communication skills will be required for this position
