Project Support Specialist


Job type: Full-time


Schedule: 40 hours per week


Setting: Remote - we are open to the location


You will be working with Leadership in Direct Bill, Outpatient Therapy, providing Project support as Aegis is rapidly growing in this area.


GENERAL PURPOSE


Seasoned Project Support Specialist with a strong background in project management, system and process improvement, and a proven ability to drive results in a dynamic environment. This high-level role will support the Operations team in a variety of critical areas, including equipment procurement , KPI reporting, community startups , community closures , and asset management . The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES




  • Project Oversight: Oversee and manage a wide range of projects from inception through completion, ensuring they align with operational goals and are delivered on time and within budget.




  • Process Improvement: Analyze current systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement efficient, scalable solutions to optimize operational performance.




  • Equipment Procurement & Asset Management: Assist Operations with the ordering and procurement of equipment, ensuring that assets are well-managed and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.




  • Community Startups & Closures: Lead and support the logistics of community openings and closures, managing timelines, resources, and coordination across departments.




  • Multitasking & Prioritization: Take on multiple, simultaneous projects as assigned, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.




  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with multifaceted teams, including Operations, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors, to achieve project goals.




  • Customer Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, problem resolution, and excellent customer service.




  • Special Projects: Lead or participate in special projects, contributing to strategic initiatives and organizational goals.




QUALIFICATIONS




  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or related field (preferred).




  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on operations, system/process improvement, or equipment procurement.




  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically advanced knowledge of Excel and PIVOT Tables, and ability to learn company systems.




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills




  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.




  • Proven ability to lead projects across multiple teams and departments, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.




  • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.




  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.




  • Experience with community startups and closures is highly desirable.




  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.




  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Lean Six Sigma, is a plus.




  • Ability to manage special projects and adapt to changing priorities as required.

  • Experience working with asset management, equipment procurement, and large-scale operational initiatives.




  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, multifaceted teams and manage complex organizational needs.




  • Willingness to travel as needed to support community startups and closures.




This position requires a results-driven individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to drive organizational success through operational efficiency and project excellence.

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
