Title: Sr. HRIS Analyst, Workday Compensation and Reporting
Duration: 3 months
Schedule: MON - FRI 8AM - 5PM EST ( OPEN TO 7AM-4PM OR 9AM-6PM EST)
Location: Remote support East Coast Hours
Pay Rate: $60.00
Education:
Bachelor’s degree, (required)
Requirements:
• Strong background in Workday HRIS operations
• Minimum of 2+ years of focused Workday Configuration experience in multiple disciplines; strong emphasis on Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Reporting, & Talent/Performance
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration, configuration, detailed analysis, support, and maintenance of assigned Workday modules including Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management (Talent/Career Development, Performance Management, & Peakon)
- Responsible for all aspects of development and maintenance of Workday Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management & Peakon Engagement capabilities including support of project planning, requirements gathering, designing, configuring, testing, creating user documentation, and providing operational support. This role requires the analytical capabilities of a business systems analyst, the creativity of a solution architect, and the process knowledge of a functional lead. Other modules (such as Recruiting, and HCM) may be cross-supported as part of this role.
- Provide functional/technical support to end users by troubleshooting issues (research and resolve) using case management systems and internal team mailbox
- Perform system analysis and provide recommendations to help streamline set up/process where appropriate; recognize process re-engineering opportunities and recommend improvements and innovative solutions to optimize system capabilities
