Job Title : SAP Project Systems (PS) Specialist - Professional Services Location : Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad (Travel within India as per business requirements) Shift : 2 PM - 10 PM Experience : Need 8 years and above Overall Experience and minimum 5 Years in to SAP PS JOB Description : Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Specialist with strong expertise in S/4HANA and Public Cloud, specifically within the Professional Services domain. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the SAP S/4HANA Projects module, working closely with stakeholders to meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities : SAP Implementation & Configuration : Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA Projects module, including Project Systems (PS) and Project Management functionalities, tailored to meet business Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to define project structures, phases, and workflows within the S/4HANA Analysis & Translation : Translate business requirements into precise SAP configurations to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs. Cross-Module Integration: Support integration of the Projects module with other SAP modules, including Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD). Training & User Support: Provide training to end-users and project team members on S/4HANA Projects functionality, ensuring best practices are followed. System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and implement necessary enhancements to improve module performance and efficiency. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest S/4HANA updates and best practices for project management capabilities, implementing improvements as needed. Required Qualifications : Experience : - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with SAP PS, Professional Services, S/4HANA, and Public Cloud. Technical Skills: Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly with the Project Systems (PS) module and related project management Skills: Strong analytical abilities to address complex requirements and troubleshoot module issues Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders, train users, and document system configurations.
