KoiReader - Computer Vision Lead - Image/Video Processing

The Computer Vision Lead is expected to play a pivotal role in building and executing end to end solutions for object detection, pattern matching, behaviour analysis, and intelligence augmentation. At a high level, the expert will lead a team of computer vision engineers to translate the customer's business need into a techno-analytic problem and appropriately leverage technology to bring large scale vision solutions to fruition. The key responsibilities of the Computer Vision lead are : - Project Lead - Lead the project, set expectations with the stakeholders and successful execution of the project - Project Blue Printing and Project Documentation - Creating Project Plan - Collaborate with software engineering and product teams to handle requirements from stakeholders - Deep understanding of setting up and using GPU based infrastructure - Participate in SME reviews of Predictive Analytics opportunities/ engagements for Computer Vision - Jump-start Machine Learning projects with customer with focus on providing disruptive insights in reasonable timeframes - Architect real-time Image/ Video Processing / Computer Vision algorithms for vision automation pipelines that include Pattern Matching, Tracking, Behaviour Analysis and Intelligence Augmentation - Mentor and train junior engineers - Stay up to date on the latest trends in computer vision and machine learning Skills required : - Deep knowledge of the open-source ecosystem around python and computer vision - Strong experience in Python, Linux and writing fault-tolerant code - Expertise in Image Processing technologies and experience using libraries like OpenCV, NVIDIA CUDA, Intel OpenVINO, NumPy, etc. - Good understanding of data processing pipeline optimization techniques - Experience working with to Machine Learning / Deep Learning & Quantitative Methods in the space of Computer Vision and Image/Video Processing - Ability to work and thrive in a startup environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Brownie Points : - Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes and GitOps - Familiarity with NodeJS What we have to offer : - Work with a performance-oriented team driven by ownership and open to experiments with cutting edge technologies - Learn to design system for high accuracy, efficiency and scalability - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Meritocracy driven, candid startup culture If you are a highly motivated and experienced leader with a passion for building innovative solutions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
