Job Description
Educational qualification (Must have) : 123 Desired years of experience : 6-8 Years ( Relevant Exp 3 Years) Preferred Certification (Mandatory/Optional) : CCNA ( Mandatory)/CCNP Skills (Must have) : - Good communication skills and be able to work with several groups on assigned projects both regional and global Skills - Ability to handle the client support over remote (Phone / Remote Session) - Design, implementation, and operation of Next-Gen firewalls, Routers, Switches, Access points, and other network devices. - Hands-on experience in Configure, install & troubleshoot various network devices (Multivendor) and services (e.g., Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Devices, Load balancers, VPN Technologies etc.) - Hands-on expertise on Implementation , Troubleshootings Sophos and Fort iGATE firewalls, Cisco and Aruba Enterprise Switches and access points. - Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, and hotfixes and security configurations. - Experience in the implementation and maintenance of NMS (Network Monitoring System) tools. - Responsible for any network assessment, Product Evaluation, Solution Designing and Troubleshooting. - Provide Level-2 support and troubleshooting to resolve network related issues. - Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model - Working on Network protocols (i.e., VLAN, HSRP, VRRP, GRE Tunnel, OSPF, BGP, PBR, QoS, IPSEC, etc.,) Work Description/ Responsibilities : 1. Work with international teams to keep processes aligned to achieve customer service excellence 2. Should be able to support on Different time Zone and Shifts appropriately as needed 3. Analysing, investigating, and identifying the root cause of complex customer issues, and communicating findings to appropriate groups for resolution. Resolving issues that do not require escalation 4. Reviewing workflow tickets created and ensuring issues are properly addressed. 5. Responding to alerts promptly and escalate issues when necessary 6. Participating in Research and Development activity as needed to progress new or improved products, processes, or formulas 7. Mentor and grow a team of support engineers to develop their technical and soft skills 8. Take up the responsibility of the entire Project. 9. Communicate effectively with others both on a technical level and on a business level Team player and ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a high paced and energetic environment 10. Strong documentation abilities necessary to ensure timely problem resolution Timely decision making and organizational skills Ability to set priorities and drive for results 11. Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design. 12. Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project. 13. Reporting for all the weekly tasks in the form of accurate and detailed reports. 14. Delegate tasks and set project deadlines. 15. Oversee day-to-day teams' operations and performance.
