XStore Developer - Oracle Support

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle POS Xstore Developer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing, integrating, and optimizing Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Sale (POS) systems to support our retail operations. You will work closely with the business, functional, and IT teams to ensure that the POS system is functioning efficiently and meeting the specific needs of our retail stores. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills, experience with Oracle Retail products, and an understanding of retail business processes. Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities : - Xstore developer profiles( Offshore), preferably with some experience working with ORCE and performing integrations with 3rd party apps using API's. Mandatory Skills : - Xstore Developer with integration experience. - Hands-on experience with Xstore POS configurations, customizations, and integration development. - Proficient with Agile methodologies, well-versed with using JIRA/confluence. - Exposure to solution architecture, integration, and solution design for POS implementation tailored to the client landscape will be preferred. - Integration of third-party systems and APIs with a test-driven development approach. - Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment, collaborating with teams in multiple time zones. Nice to have : - Experience in EFTlink implementations (installation, configuration, troubleshooting), payment integrations with vendors (preferred Adyen), CI/CD automation, GIThub, ORCE, and REST service-based integration. Preferred Skills : - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Experience with product management tools (e., JIRA, Trello). - Understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
